A Shropshire charity which supports children and families in need across the county has secured premises in Shrewsbury to be its new headquarters.

Little Stars has completed the letting of Unit 4, Hussey Road at Battlefield Enterprise Park, with the property to be an office base and storage warehouse for the charity.

Leanne Simcoe, Little Stars founder and CEO, said: “The Little Stars team are extremely excited to finally have a HQ. This move is a huge milestone and our new home will give us the space and capacity to grow, improve our services, and strengthen the support we provide to local families. We cannot wait to officially open in 2026.”

Josh Hyde, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, added: “Occupying a prominent location on the popular Battlefield Enterprise Park, the property provides well-appointed accommodation featuring a large warehouse/storage area, with integral reception, office and staff facilities. 

“We are delighted to have completed a letting to Little Stars for the building to be their new home. We wish them continued success with all the excellent and important work they do supporting Shropshire families.”

The vision of Little Stars is to ensure babies and children across Shropshire have access to the essentials they need at every stage of childhood, providing practical support to families so that no baby or child goes without essential items during the most vulnerable times of their life.

The charity has supported over 5,000 children since being launched in 2020, distributing nappies, toiletries, formula, baby equipment, clothing, toys and non-branded school items around the county.

Little Stars also has a charity shop in Shrewsbury town centre on the ground floor of The Darwin Shopping Centre.
