Work to improve the junction outside the British Ironwork Centre on the A5 near Oswestry gets underway today.

The works will take place offpeak between 9:30am to 4.30pm from Thursday 1 July until Friday 13 August 2021.

During the works narrow lanes will be in place with 3-way traffic lights in place during work that includes hydro blasting and lining.

Shrewsbury-based Asset Surfacing and Construction Ltd are responsible for the works with WJ North Limited, carrying out the Hydro blasting, H&G Ash Road Markings Limited carrying out Lining works and A-Star Traffic Management Ltd for all Traffic Management.
