The family of a man who died in a collision on the A5 at Gobowen have paid tribute to him.

Formal identification is yet to take place however the man has been named locally as Garat Hannan who was 32 and from Wrexham.
His family have paid tribute to him in a statement saying:
“The whole family would like to thank the emergency services for the care and respect they showed to Garat at his last moment…. Our hearts are broken our lives will never be the same again…. A bright light has gone out….. We’ll never forget you Garat… We’ll love and miss you forever xxx”
The collision happened in the early hours of Wednesday 20 March when a car collided with a lorry on the A5 between Gobowen and Gledrid.
Police are continuing to appeal for information and are asking any witnesses to contact West Mercia Police on 101 quoting reference 09s 200319.
