A teenage college student was left extremely upset by a man who indecently exposed himself to her in Wellington.

The 16 year-old girl was on her way home from college and walking along the Silkin Way at around 2:54pm on Thursday 19 March 2015.

As the girl approached the underpass next to Admaston House in Telford she saw a man walking towards her whilst indecently exposing himself.

She described the man as aged around 40 with short brown hair, clean shaven and 5ft 9″ tall. He had been wearing a blue and white checked shirt, blue jeans and a jacket tied around his waist.

PC Paul Brittain from West Mercia Police said:

“If you were in the area at the time and saw the man, then we would really like to hear from you. We also want to hear from anyone who recognises the suspect from the description we have issued.”

He was last seen heading towards Wellington on foot.
