The boy who is being held in a youth detention centre, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Courtt his morning after being charged by police last month. He admitted two counts of rape.

The incident took place at an isolated spot on disused land near the Arc car wash centre off St Michael’s Street in Shrewsbury on Friday 11 April.

The boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, will be sentenced at a later date once reports on him are compete.
