The inspectors praised the school’s teaching strategies – particularly how responsive teachers are to pupils.
The Ofsted inspectors advised that in order to further improve: “Redhill Primary School should ensure that in more lessons, pupils have the opportunity to make exceptional progress by the use of varied and inspirational teaching”.
The school was also advised that to offer continued pupil achievement, it should extend the excellent assessment and monitoring systems of pupils’ progress, that is evident for Literacy and Mathematics, to all other subjects..
Councillor Paul Watling, cabinet member for Children, Young People and Families, said: “This is a really positive achievement for Redhill Primary School and I would like to congratulate everyone involved at the school”.
