Angela will be attending The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust’s Dignity in Care Conference, which is being held it the Shropshire Education and Conference Centre (SECC), at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

The event is being held in recognition of International Nurses Day and the quality services provided by nursing staff throughout the NHS.

The conference, which has been organised in conjunction with Staffordshire University, will feature a full itinerary of speeches and presentations, and will run from 8.40am until 4.15pm.

Angela Rippon will be on hand to speak to nursing delegates from across the country about her personal experiences of dealing with dementia in her family.

Part of the proceedings will reflect on and reward the hard work and achievements of nursing staff locally, and at the end the day a series of awards will be presented.
