All 34 sheltered housing schemes across the Trust’s portfolio will be organising and helping out at tea parties and dances in a bid to get their fellow neighbours and friends excited about the big day.

In addition to the tea parties, residents are also hoping to hold a raffle, the money from which will go to the charity of Prince William’s and Kate’s choice.

Pamela Edwards, General Manager of Supported Housing said: “Residents are getting ready to hold celebration parties across the Trust. In order to make as much money as possible for the chosen charities, we are still looking for donations for the raffle. We would urge any local business or anyone who has any unwanted Christmas gifts to donate them to the cause.”
