Get in early is the message for Shropshire fans of Comedian Sarah Millican, who want to get hold of tickets to see her perform in Telford on 30 October 2015.

Tickets to see the stand-up comedian and writer at Oakengates Theatre @The Place go on sale this Friday at a cost of £26.

Sarah Millican has fast established herself as a household name and has come a long way since winning the if.comedy award for Best Newcomer at the 2008 Edinburgh Festival. Her 2015 Live Tour will see her travel the country stopping off in Telford for one night.

“We are delighted that our theatre is continuing to attract some of the biggest names in comedy – with Alan Carr performing just last week, Jasper Carrott in May and now Sarah Millican in October.

“For anyone who would like to see Sarah perform here in Telford we cannot urge them enough to buy their tickets online on Friday morning.

“When tickets went on sale to see Alan Carr people were queuing outside of our doors. Unfortunately by the time some reached the box office we had sold out due to the demand of people buying online.”
