Having successfully previewed the tour as part of the prestigious Church Stretton Arts Festival in July they will go on to play throughout Shropshire & Mid Wales ending at The Arena Theatre, Wolverhampton.

Owen explained, “We are building a reputation throughout the West Midlands and the format of two very different plays in one evening highlights the diversity of my writing.”

In the first one-act play – ‘The Human Rocket’ – a thief, a jilted lover, a single mother, a failing actor and a lonely old man share their foibles in this intimate and touching performance.

In the second – ‘The Fight Game’ – a well-regarded boxer at the top of his game loses a fight. How does such an esteemed champion claw his way back from defeat; and what impact will this have on his life?
