
The popular singer was due to perform a DJ set at the event which takes place next month.
It’s understood the singer’s record company had scheduled the filming of a new music video during the festival and despite the best efforts by Paloma’s management team the video shoot could not be moved.
Organisers of the event are expecting a record turnout this year, artist’s set to appear include boy band Union J, Grammy award winner Foxes, Conor Maynard, Neon Jungle as well as Nina Nesbitt and Luke Friend. Osfest have also booked the re-formed the Hoosiers
Osfest festival goers will also be transported back to the late seventies as From The Jam, featuring former The Jam bassist Bruce Foxton and Russell Hastings, will be performing all their classics including “Going Underground”, “Town called Malice” and “That’s Entertainment”! LES McKeown and the Bay City Rollers will be performing “Bye Bye Baby” which was their first UK Number One in May 1975 and the infamous Toyah Ann Willcox will entertain us with “It’s a Mystery”!
Carly Woodward, Event Director said, “We have more than 70 artists and DJs throughout the weekend and there really is something for everyone with the new additions to the line-up. In a move to encourage even more families and age ranges to the festival we are thrilled to add From the Jam, Bay City Rollers and Toyah to the line-up”.
Osfest takes place on 9th – 11th August 2014 at Oswestry Showground, Oswestry.
