People are encouraged to discover the joys that learning a new language can bring!

The taster sessions are being delivered to coincide with the language school’s recent move to new larger premises, on Wyle Cop.

Mandarin Chinese is the most widely-spoken language in the world and much easier to learn than European languages. Whilst Spanish is often the foreign language of choice after English; with over 400 million speakers, it is the fourth most commonly spoken language in the world after English, Chinese and Hindistani.

The taster sessions for both languages will be taking place on Saturday January 18 and they will be free to attend. Anyone interested in participating is invited to come along to Bright Owls new offices on 2/3 Wyle Cop in Shrewsbury at 10am.

Marisa Fernandez of Bright Owls said “We are really pleased to have launched our new Mandarin classes this month; and the taster session on Saturday, alongside Spanish, will offer the ideal opportunity for people to experience the language informally.”

Bright Owls expanded and relocated at the start of January. As well as Mandarin they have also now introduced Italian and German to their course line-up – and they pride themselves on offering a variety of learning formats; including popular parent and child sessions, plus one-to-one tuition.
