Bosses at The Buttermarket have revealed the ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ star, who is currently hosting ITV2’s dating show ‘Take Me Out The Gossip’, will be hosting a one-off exclusive charity gig ‘Mark Wright and Friends’ at the venue on Saturday 30 March.

Mark Wright rose to fame in the ITV2’s The Only Way Is Essex, and is speculated to feature in the forthcoming film version of the hit reality show. He is also Heart FM’s latest DJ signing presenting club classics on the popular radio station every Friday and Saturday.

The charity gig, which will help raise funds for Hope House Children’s Hospice, will also feature a varied line-up of vocalists including Kye Sones, who was one of the live finalist’s on X Factor. The gig will be followed by an hour photo meet and greet with Mark Wright with fans.

Martin Monahan, owner of The Buttermarket revealed, “It’s fantastic that Mark is coming to Shrewsbury to host our charity gig, he’s going to be very popular especially with the girls. We’re also delighted that he will also be doing a photo meet and greet with fans as well after the gig, along with Kye Sones from the last season of X Factor.”

He added: ‘We’re expecting a huge demand for tickets when they go on sale on Friday 15 February at 9am.
