If you feel inspired to have a go yourself, there is also a fantastic opportunity to attend flamenco dance workshops led by Ana Garcia for just £4 a session. Ana is one of the most popular native Flamenco dancers in the UK and in this fun introductory course she will be concentrating on simpler, light-hearted forms of flamenco dance. Funding of over £70,000 has meant that prices for activities have been kept to a minimum, making sure that they are accessible to all. Dance Alive is an Arts Alive project and is part of the Dancing for the Games programme, inspired by London 2012, part of the Cultural Olympiad in the West Midlands funded by Legacy Trust UK, Arts Council West Midlands and Advantage West Midlands.
