Madison are a modern four piece rock band based in Shropshire and are currently unsigned. The band comprises of Dave Sylva, AJ Collyer, Dan Steel and Jenny Ford.
The are described as, Classic Rock and Pop-Rock and when you listen to their music this will all make sense.
Madison has a traditional line up of drums, bass and two guitars, including complex four part harmony vocals. Their expertly written vocals seamlessly blend with the driving rhythms and melodic harmony guitar work. When listening to Madison, it is easy to hear the influences of early Queen, Thin Lizzy and the Darkness.
Their live performances are not to be missed, overflowing with energy, quality and expert technical ability. The band, who have performed at various venues across the area including Park Live 2010 in Telford, include a mix of their own home grown songs and some spectacular covers in their session.
They describe themselves as ‘A fresh take on classic rock with a modern twist’ and that pretty much says it all. If this band continues in the direction they are heading, then there’s certainly no doubt that we will be proud say we have a Shropshire band in the charts again.
