Halls Commercial has secured a significant lease of trade counter unit in Shrewsbury to an expanding window and door specialist which is opening its sixth UK branch in Shropshire’s county town.

Supply2Trade is moving into 15A, Vanguard Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park, a prominently located unit in Shrewsbury’s main commercial and trade area.

The new branch, which will include a window centre, trade counter and showroom, is scheduled to open on January 26 to support the Stoke-in-Trent-based company’s growing customer base.

Supply2Trade is a partner for trade professionals across the UK, delivering quality UPVC and aluminium products and top customer service. Founded in 2019, the company has more than 5,000 trade customers and has grown from a single warehouse to a UK network of six branches.

Supply2Trade is celebrating a major milestone after winning Best Business Initiative at the national G-Awards in London, recognising its innovative in-house system, SupplyNet which is helping enhance branch operations with alignment and real time visibility.

The company will move into a 3,783 square feet unit in Shrewsbury, which has an additional 1,247 sq ft mezzanineforecourt car parking area and secure rear service yard. The whole site covers 5,030 sq ft.

With prominent frontage onto Vanguard Way, the end of terrace unit has convenient access to the town centre and offers excellent transport links by road and rail.

The steel portal frame building has profile metal cladding, partial curtain wall glazing, six metre high eaves, a 4.2 metre-wide roller shutter door to the rear and solar panels.

Halls Commercial marketed the unit with an annual rent of £32,000 and a rateable value of £30,500.
