Shropshire plant hire company, Ridgway Rentals, has announced it will once again be supporting its chosen charity, Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices, this Christmas, foregoing traditional customer gifts and cards to make a significant donation.

The firm, based near Oswestry in North Shropshire, has presented the hospice with a generous cheque for £1,500, ensuring continued support for the families and young people who rely on this vital resource.
Marketing Manager, Adam Jermaine-Jones, visited the children’s hospice to present the donation to Area Fundraiser, Vicky.
A Critical Time for Fundraising
Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices provides essential care for families in Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid Wales, and North Wales who are either caring for a terminally ill child or have been bereaved.
The charity has faced considerable challenges in recent years, with increased operating costs and a decrease in available grants making fundraising efforts more crucial than ever before. Every penny raised helps the charity provide the necessary support to families confronting some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
“It was agreed that this year, rather than give customers gifts and cards for Christmas, we are instead going to give a donation to Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices,” a Ridgway Rentals spokesperson stated.
Long-Term Support
Ridgway Rentals has been a committed supporter of Hope House for many years, with their total fundraising efforts to date now exceeding £17,000.
The company, which offers nationwide plant hire, haulage, parts and service, and worldwide plant sales, reaffirmed its commitment to the cause, saying: “We look forward to another year of fundraising and creating awareness for this magical charity.”
