A talented new graduate surveyor has joined the expanding rural team at Berrys Shrewsbury office.

Lucy Hollins, who graduated in September 2024 with a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University, has joined the firm.
In recognition of her academic achievements, Lucy was awarded the prestigious Savills/Saffery Champness Prize for outstanding performance in tax and estate planning.
Lucy will be based at Berrys’ Shrewsbury office, working alongside Chartered Surveyors and Business Consultants. Her role will involve gaining diverse experience across areas such as valuation, agency, grant funding, and farm business advice.
Having completed a year-long placement with Berrys in 2023, Lucy is returning to further her career and is currently pursuing her RICS accreditation to qualify as a Rural Chartered Surveyor, as well as working towards becoming a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Values, and a Member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.
Commenting on Lucy’s appointment, Charlotte Shepherd, Equity Partner and Chartered Surveyor at Berrys, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lucy back to our team. Her skills and expertise are a great fit for our growing rural division, and we look forward to seeing her contribute to the continued success of the business.”
