Oswestry-based Aico Ltd, a market leader in domestic Smoke and CO alarms, is celebrating winning two prestigious awards within a matter of weeks.

The first being winner of the Best Training Provider at The Electrical Wholesaler Awards.

The awards are voted for by electrical wholesalers and is split into two categories, one for wholesaler awards and one for manufacturer/supplier awards.

Aico Ltd won the award within the manufacturer/supplier category. The award entry was based around Aico’s Expert Installer training scheme, designed to ensure everyone involved in domestic alarm specification and installation has all the information they need for a successful fire alarm installation.

The second award was picked up at the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) Awards, where Aico Ltd is the proud winner of Best Manufacturer Supply Chain Initiative Award; on this occasion, the nominations were split into awards for ECA members and suppliers. The award entries are judged by leading industry experts. Aico Ltd was a winner within the supplier category.
