Chartered Accountancy and Tax firm Whittingham Riddell have promoted James Clark to Tax Director in recognition of his 14 years of service to the firm.

James leads the firm’s specialist Tax Consultancy team; providing advice on a wide range of business and taxation matters including corporate restructures, inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, share and business valuations, R&D and capital allowances claims, and business incorporations.
James said: “I’m elated to be appointed Tax Director at Whittingham Riddell, having worked here for 14 years I have grown a lot throughout my career here. I am looking forward to what the future will hold for the Tax department going forward.”
