Leading regional chartered surveyors Towler Shaw Roberts has appointed Paul Williams as a consultant in the company’s Telford office.
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a chartered town planner, he brings a wealth of experience to the firm, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
Paul said: “It’s a new challenge in my career after working in the West Midlands property market for some years. I will be heading the Telford agency department and will do some planning and development work as well.”
Paul, who lives in Wolverhampton, added: “I’ve worked for Plcs and have been a director on a number of occasions with different companies – I’ve been developing property all my life.”
A keen sportsman, Paul played rugby to a high level and, as a talented scrum half, lists Welsh club Pontypridd and Yorkshire outfit Morley among his former clubs. He also represented Staffordshire at badminton and squash.
He will be working closely in TSR’s Telford office with colleagues Chris Hedley and Matt Davies.
Chris, the head of building consultancy, added: “It’s more great news following Matt’s recent appointment and now Paul has come in to add another dimension to the Telford office, matching what we do in Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.”
