Ace Car Care Ltd will move to the new site in Vanguard Park, Battlefield Enterprise Park, at the end of January following an almost £100,000 refit of the building.
Director Pam Williams and her staff have more than 60 years combined experience in the car care and customisation trade.
As a result of the move, she expects to see the business grow by up to 30 per cent over the next 12 months, with staff numbers also increasing between 30 and 50 per cent.
The company, which will trade out of its existing premises in Harlescott Lane until the end of this month, offers a full range of customisation, tuning and minor paintwork repairs.
The new site at 7D and 7E Vanguard Park, off Vanguard Way has been leased to Ace Car Care Ltd by Morris Property Services through Shrewsbury-based estate agents Towler Shaw Roberts (TSR).
Iain Mills from TSR officially handed the keys over to Mrs Williams in late November.
“These are exciting times for Ace Car Care Ltd, with the new premises roughly four times bigger than our previous site, with twice the floorspace and height,” she said.
“We received the keys in November and have been working since then to have the building custom fitted with brand new equipment and car care technology.
“With a blank canvas to work from, we are fitting out the new site for the future, ensuring it will remain a state-of-the-art facility that can be added to and adapted as needed in the years to come.”
Liz Lowe, from Morris Property Services, said she was pleased they had played a part in the growth of Ace Car Care Ltd.
She said: “We are delighted to welcome Ace Car Care Ltd to what has become a highly bespoke automotive section of our Vanguard Park development and look forward to working with them in the future.”
Agency surveyor Iain Mills from TSR added: “Pam got in touch initially to ask if we could come up with some suitable locations and we quickly found Vanguard Park, which fit the bill perfectly.
“We look forward to a long working relationship with Pam and Ace Car Care Ltd as tenants, wishing them all the best for the future.”
Mrs Williams said all of Ace Car Care Ltd’s existing staff will be moving to the new site, with additional jobs being created to meet demand over the next 12 months.
“We estimate that over the next year or so, we will take on up to 50 per cent more staff and see business increase by up to 30 per cent,” she added.
“The additional space means we can provide an even wider range of products and services but we will also remain true to the core values of the business.
“At Ace Car Care Ltd, we have always prided ourselves on our excellent service and going above and beyond for our customers and that will continue as we expand.”
