Paris Clark-Roden has joined Matrix Capital Limited, near Bridgnorth, as their new marketing and communications manager.

He will be responsible for ensuring the team of chartered financial planners builds on its growing reputation and maximises the business opportunities brought about by two national award wins.

The company itself is celebrating after achieving a prestigious listing in the Top 100 published by the national New Model Adviser magazine.

And their success comes hot on the heels of senior partner Robin Melley being named as the UK’s Chartered Financial Planner of the Year just days ago.

Robin said: “We’re thoroughly enjoying our current wave of success, and to welcome Paris to the team is the next step in our exciting journey.”

Paris has been appointed as part of the Knowledge Enterprise Exchange Network programme (KEEN), which is run by the University of Wolverhampton, and part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

“Paris has a first class honours degree in business management and enterprise, and has already made a positive impact in helping to create added value to our clients.

“His role will be to ensure we communicate effectively with our clients at all times, and to develop dynamic new strategies to build our client relationships still further,” said Robin.

During his training with Matrix Capital, Paris will be mentored and supported by the University in order to ensure knowledge is shared in both directions.

The University’s business development manager, Karen Shaw, said: “The KEEN programme provides graduates with the opportunity to gain real hands-on experience in dynamic commercial environments, giving them a platform on which to launch their future careers.

“By taking part in the programme, graduates have access to the knowledge and expertise of the University team, which translates into improved profitability and performance for the company they join.”
