Henshalls, in Newport and Shrewsbury, has been in business for over 40 years, and as one of the county’s largest independent brokers, the management team were keen to start the year in style.
“We’re renowned for our excellent customer service and our exceptionally high standards, and our corporate colours were synonymous with our reputation,” said Dave Williams.
“But our previous corporate image had been in use for quite some time, so we felt the time was right for a change and we’re delighted with the modern, dynamic image that has been created.
“It gives us the opportunity to stand out in a crowded marketplace and reflects our ability as a company to move with the times and adapt to changing attitudes in terms of how we market ourselves.”
The re-brand is part of a new strategy that Henshalls has adopted to continue to raise the company’s profile across Shropshire and beyond.
As well as the new promotional literature, advertisements, signage, and the new website, the firm has also embraced social media to interact more readily with customers, with Twitter and Facebook proving to be excellent communication tools for the company.
“We’ve just had our most successful business year ever in 2012, and we’re looking forward to an even brighter 12 months to come,” said Dave. “This transformation of our corporate image and our commitment to reviewing all aspects of our business on a regular basis is evidence of our determination to continue to build on the strong foundations we already have in place.”
Henshalls is now wholly owned by its six directors after a management buyout in 1999, and prides itself on its ability to be creative in its approach in order to grow.
