A free one-to-one consultation is being offered to anyone who would like independent advice about the types of care available, and how best to proceed in helping relatives or themselves.

The clinics are to be held on 21st November and 12th December between 10am and 4pm in one of the on-site meeting rooms at the centre, on Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park.

The care clinics are part of a series, as they have so far proved very popular, as Andrea Jones, of ICS explains “We set up the clinics as we quickly realised that there is a huge need for a more personal approach. Not everyone wants to talk over the telephone when it’s a sensitive subject regarding them or a loved one.”

Charlotte Quinton, also of ICS, added “Anyone interested in the care options available for them can book an appointment and come along and chat about what can be done for them, or a member of their family. Anyone who is concerned about inadequate care is also welcome to come along to discuss their concerns.”

ICS are proud to be offering this service to Shropshire residents and are looking forward to developing it further, and making it more accessible by holding care clinics around the county.
