Shrewsbury-based Taybar Ltd has recently received the ISO9001 certification, an accolade that shows the firm has implemented an effective Quality Management System across its day to day operations and its ongoing commitment to ‘quality, and the willingness to improve efficiency’.

Steve Taylor, Managing Director of Taybar Ltd, explained: “The accreditation was attained after a thorough inspection from an external auditor, who came in to the office and spent a day with the team, ensuring all our processes, both online and offline, were in place.

“Our client base is extremely broad, and includes customers from the commercial and public sectors as well as private households. In our industry it is essential to provide a high quality, impeccable service, especially as our customers rely upon us to protect their homes and businesses, and achieving this accreditation is just another way of giving our clients peace of mind.
