Under its new Laboratory Accreditation Scheme – an extension by popular demand of its groundbreaking Implantium Accreditation Scheme launched earlier this year – laboratories that meet a series of strict criteria for quality and care will receive a certificate and be able to display the programme’s logo on their own website and official documentation.

“Following the phenomenal success of our initial Implantium Accreditation Scheme for dental practices, we had a huge surge of interest from dental laboratories interested in signing up to a similar initiative, so that they too could also showcase their high standards of service,” Julie Davies, General Manager of Implantium, explained.

To be eligible for the scheme, participating laboratories will be assessed against factors such as whether they have undertaken the necessary implant dentistry training.

“As well as receiving an official certificate and being able to use the scheme logo on its website, eligible laboratories will also be able to access a wide range of other benefits, including receiving invitations to our exclusive Key Opinion Leaders meetings, where the brightest minds in implant dentistry meet to share best practice.
