The first floor suite offers more than 1600 sq ft of conference and meeting rooms, with facilities including a board room, car parking and wifi. Longbow Professional Centre is also the location for sister company and established urgent medical services provider, Shropshire Doctors’ Cooperative Ltd, known as Shropdoc.

Peter Masters, Business Manager at Caradoc Medical Services, said: “Following our extensive growth over the last few years, we realised the need for better access to first-rate conference and training rooms. This was to provide training and events for our local practices and businesses, which became a priority as the business expanded. The central location of Longbow House is ideal for many of our members and the facilities are outstanding.”

Caradoc Medical Services began as a buying consortium for local practices just over three years ago and has grown to over 20,000 members nationwide.

Iain Mills of Towler Shaw Roberts, agent acting on behalf of Morris Property, said: “We are extremely pleased to have secured this deal on behalf of Morris Property. There are few multi-let office buildings in Shrewsbury at present that are fully occupied, but this move takes Longbow House to 100% occupancy.”

Designed and constructed by Morris Property, Longbow Professional Centre was built in three phases over the past 10 years, comprising 45,000 sq ft offices. The first phase of the build has since been sold and phases two and three are currently let to tenants, including Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin PCT, Condover College, Orcale Healthcare and Shrewsbury Pet Hospital.
