Shropshire-based Horizons Consultants has launched a series of seminars entitled ‘Five Steps to Growing Your Business’, aimed at providing business owners across the region with practical advice on increasing their bottom line and, ultimately, achieving success.

The seminars are led by Horizons’ Director Alan Adams and bring together businesses from a cross-section of the local entrepreneurial community, looking at topics including the power of small changes, the life-cycle of every business, and reasons why businesses fail to grow.

Alan Adams, Director of Horizons, explained: “There are some fantastic businesses in Shropshire, some of which have been through some really tough times over the past couple of years, and are in need of just a little positive encouragement and guidance. We understand the huge pressures businesses are under to not only survive but to grow and thrive, which is why we decided to launch these free seminars.
