The figures, reported within the firm’s 2013 end of year results, include instructions from clients at each stage of the property ladder from first time buyers through to high end sales and purchases as the property market shows signs of recovery following a period of relative stagnation.

Promoted to partner in June this year, Joanne Parsons, head of residential conveyancing at Linder Myers in Shrewsbury said: “The team is busier than ever with an increased number of new instructions coming in both from individuals and developers alike. Confidence has grown amongst our clients with some additional lending now available and schemes such as Help to Buy all playing a part in encouraging movement in the property market. We understand that buying and selling a property can be a very stressful time and aim to make the process as pain free as possible.”

Richard Ashton, regional managing partner at Linder Myers in Shrewsbury commented: “The results are encouraging and reflect both an upturn in the market and the strength of the team who have built a strong reputation for delivering a first class, personal service to both local and national clients. Linder Myers has been selected by a number of national estate agents who have appointed the firm to its panel of advisors in recent months and we anticipate continued growth.”

Linder Myers’ residential conveyancing team advises on the sale and purchase of properties of all types from freehold and leasehold homes to new builds.
