The figures, reported within the firm’s 2013 end of year results, include instructions from clients at each stage of the property ladder from first time buyers through to high end sales and purchases as the property market shows signs of recovery following a period of relative stagnation.

Promoted to partner in June this year, Joanne Parsons, head of residential conveyancing at Linder Myers in Shrewsbury said: “The team is busier than ever with an increased number of new instructions coming in both from individuals and developers alike.
