A group of Year 10 students have been trained in their PE lessons to plan and deliver a festival and the event has drawn to an end their Junior Football Organisation Course. The 15 week course has seen students participate in a range of football activities and the football tournament has concluded the programme. Pupils from The Meadows, Whittington, Gobowen and Ifton Heath Primary School battled it out to be crowned overall winners and the results were as follows:

Meadows 1st Place
Gobowen “A” 2nd Place
Ifton Heath 3rd Place
Gobowen “B’ 4th Place
Whittington 5th Place

P.E. Teacher, Mr Graham Dyke commented “The standard of play was very good with everyone enjoying themselves and the year 10’s did a great job of organising the games”.
