Emergency services responded to two separate collisions in Telford and Much Wenlock during the peak rush hour this morning.

The first collision, involving a car and a van, took place at the Randley Interchange in Telford shortly before 8 am.
Two fire appliances, mobilised from Telford Central, attended the scene alongside an Operations officer.
Fire crews used specialised equipment to secure the vehicles and release one person who had become trapped.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police were also in attendance, assisting with casualty care and managing the scene.
Crews attend second incident near Much Wenlock
Less than forty minutes later, fire services were called to a second collision near Much Wenlock.
Crews quickly set about making the involved vehicles safe and provided assistance with casualty care at the scene. The Police were also in attendance to manage the incident.
