The Trust, based in Shropshire, is one of the very best performing housing associations in the country and recently took the top award in the Midlands Excellence Awards 2011. It has secured 6 A-grades for service delivery as well as national awards for services and accommodation, such as the Trust’s Ridgeway Scheme in High Ercall winning ‘best UK rural retirement housing scheme’ in the EAC National Housing for Older People Awards earlier this year. The Trust is also increasingly providing maintenance services to other social landlords.
