A growth in IT industry demands has prompted yet another employment boost for Rockford IT, adding another 4 members of staff to the team. After having a fantastic end to their Financial Year 15/16, Rockford IT continues to grow.

In the space of 1 year Rockford IT has added 10 new members of staff to various departments, including sales and marketing, service desk, infrastructure, provisioning, projects and finance.

The 4 new appointees include Sapphire Thawe as Operations Assistant, Andrew Biggs as Technical Consultant, Adam Dimmock as Sales Executive and Harpreet Rehal as Rockford IT’s new dedicated IT Support Technician at the Kensington Close Hotel. As a result of Rockford IT’s most recent employment boost, the number of staff members have risen to thirty-six.

Sapphire is carrying out her apprenticeship at Rockford IT and is the youngest member of staff. Once Sapphire finished college she wanted to be successful in either sales, marketing or HR and rather then heading to university Sapphire is now settling into her new role at Rockford IT as Operations Assistant.

Andrew, from Ludlow, previously worked at MCG Systems for 18 years before deciding to take on a new challenge at Rockford IT. He has an extensive IT knowledge after working in the industry for over 25 years. Andrew enjoys sup-porting customers which leads nicely into his new role as Technical Consultant.

Adam has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry, working in a range of sales roles. Adam has worked at a variety of companies including Digital Network PLC, Virgin Media and Double-Take Software. Adam joins the growing sales team, focusing on new business sales and existing customer relationships.

Harpreet, based in London, is working as Rockford IT’s dedicated IT Support Technician at the prestigious 4-star Kensington Close Hotel. Due to the high IT demands within hotels, a full time IT technician is required. Harpreet is responsible for the day-to-day running of the hotel’s IT systems with Rockford IT’s service desk team as support if needed.
