A specialist Shropshire kitchen company has announced a further expansion.
Family-run firm Kitchen Revivals, of Battlefield Enterprise Park, in Shrewsbury, has joined forces with a major UK stone manufacturer, meaning a growth in its business and investment in new workshops.
The partnership means that an innovative ‘quartz overlay’ system for worktops has been added to Kitchen Revivals’ range of product and the latest technology facilities have now been constructed at its Battlefield premises.
“This is a very exciting expansion for us as we don’t believe the new quartz overlay system is being offered by other Shropshire companies,” said proprietor Darren Smith.
“We are working in conjunction with MFS Stone Surfaces of Bristol using a superior quartz overlay developed in Italy and this will complement our kitchen doors and worktop replacement designs.”
Darren continued: “Many people previously thought that they had to rip out all of their existing units to create a new kitchen whereas in fact a whole new look can be easily created by the simple replacement of doors, drawers, worktops and appliances, saving them a great deal of time, inconvenience and money.
“We are very proud to be a local family firm working to traditional values, with our own showrooms here on Vanguard Way and we have now invested further in our own warehouse and new self-contained manufacturing facilities on site.
“Together with having a fully qualified team of local craftsmen, we feel we are more able to react quickly to our customers requests and deliver a bespoke solution for most kitchen layouts and we are very proud of the fact that over 60% of our business comes from personal recommendation.”
Following on from its kitchen successes the firm recently launched a new bedroom makeover service which is also creating a lot of interest.
