Shropshire marketing agency Reech Media has welcomed two new apprentices to its team as part of its on-going commitment to nurturing young Shropshire talent.

Joshua Taylor and Faye Gutteridge join Reech on a modern apprenticeship scheme where they will hone their creative skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Faye Gutteridge, Reech Design Apprentice, said: “Whilst qualifications in graphic design are important, so is work experience, this is why I’m thrilled to join Reech as an apprentice as I can combine both. Starting my career with Shropshire’s leading marketing agency will give me a real head start.”

Since it was founded 6 year ago Reech has offered one or more apprenticeship positions each year, as this approach has proven to deliver the quality of people the agency requires to service its impressive client list which includes Shropshire based businesses such as Oakleys, TTC, RAPRA, Rockford IT and Shingler Homes.

Rob Hughes, Founder & Managing Director, said: “We are always on the look out for young talent, and whilst being creative is an important requirement, commercial awareness and a commitment to go the extra mile for the client is essential as its this ethos that separates Reech from its competitors.”
